Recently CLAIMS ASSISTANCE had an insurer pay a trauma claim for cancer within 7 days of the claim being submitted (it is important to note this included postage time!). One of the reasons this claim was paid so fast was due to the fact we were familiar with the insurer and their requirements. Furthermore we were able to review the claim with our client before the claim was submitted. We were able to identify any potential issues or questions the insurer might have and provide information to those questions at the time of presenting the claim.
